From a folder of photos to a Shutterstock-ready CSV in 7 steps.

  1. 1 πŸ“‚
    Load your photos

  3. 3 βœ…
    Approve or reject
Photos scoring 3 or above are auto-approved (green border). You can manually approve or reject any photo by clicking the βœ“ / βœ— buttons on each card.
  4. 4 πŸ“‹
    Save approved photos
Click Download as ZIP to download all approved photos as a single file β€” ready to upload to Shutterstock.

    Generate metadata
Click Process Approved β†’. The AI writes a description, exactly 50 keywords, and selects the right Shutterstock categories for each photo β€” automatically.
  6. 6 ✏️

In the Generate Metadata tab, check each result. You can edit the description, keywords, or toggle Editorial / Mature / Illustration flags before exporting.
