These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of StockFlow ("Service"), operated by StockFlow ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
StockFlow is an AI-powered metadata generation tool for stock photographers and videographers. The Service analyzes images and videos you upload and returns suggested titles, keywords, and categories suitable for stock licensing platforms.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement to use StockFlow. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
StockFlow offers the following plans:

Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused images do not roll over to the next month.
All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file. Prices are in USD and exclude any applicable local taxes, which Dodo Payments may collect on our behalf.
Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your account settings.
We offer a 7-day refund for new subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of initial payment by emailing support@stock-flow.io. Renewals beyond the initial billing cycle are non-refundable.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the account settings page within the app. Cancellation takes effect immediately: your plan downgrades to the free Trial plan and your usage limit is reduced to 30 images per month. Any images already processed in the current month count toward the Trial limit. You will not be charged again.
We do not offer partial-month refunds upon cancellation. If you cancel shortly after a renewal charge, you may request a refund under Section 5 (Refund Policy).
Upgrading your plan takes effect immediately. When you upgrade, your previous subscription is cancelled and a new subscription begins at the higher tier. The full monthly price of the new plan is charged from the date of upgrade. No proration is applied for the remaining days of your previous billing cycle.
You retain all rights to the images and videos you upload. StockFlow does not claim ownership of your content. We do not store your images after metadata generation is complete.
The AI-generated metadata (titles, keywords, categories) is provided as a starting point and suggestion. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use this metadata before submitting to any stock platform.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. StockFlow does not guarantee that AI-generated metadata will result in acceptance by any stock platform, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Metadata suggestions are for informational purposes only — final responsibility for submitted content rests with you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StockFlow's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. StockFlow is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice, except in cases of force majeure or emergency maintenance.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@stock-flow.io.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
